Aegis subprocessors
A subprocessor is a company Aegis relies on to run the service, and which may handle your data on our behalf. This is the current list. Last updated August 9, 2026.
Every vendor below is bound by a written agreement limiting use of your data to providing their service to Aegis. Our infrastructure, payment and email providers each maintain their own independent security audits, which Aegis relies on as vendor evidence — those reports cover their platforms, not Aegis's own controls.
Application hosting & delivery
Lovable (application platform & hosting)
Builds, hosts and serves the Aegis web application.
Data processed: Request metadata, IP address, browser/device string
Cloudflare
Edge network, TLS termination and DDoS protection for aegishome.life.
Data processed: IP address, request metadata
Database, file storage & authentication
Lovable Cloud (managed database & storage)
Managed Postgres database, encrypted object storage for the document vault, and account sign-in.
Data processed: Account email, inventory records, uploaded photos/receipts/appraisals, policy details, activity trail
Amazon Web Services
Underlying infrastructure for the managed database and object storage above.
Data processed: All data stored by Aegis, encrypted at rest
Payments
Stripe
Processes subscription and Emergency Recovery Pass payments.
Data processed: Name, email, billing address, card details (handled by Stripe — Aegis never sees card numbers)
Email delivery
Resend
Sends account email from notify.aegishome.life — sign-in links, confirmations, renewal and warranty reminders.
Data processed: Email address, display name, message content
AI photo and document analysis
Photos are analysed to suggest an item name, category and replacement value. Aegis does not permit these providers to train models on your content.
Lovable AI Gateway
Routes vision requests from the room scanner and receipt reader to the model.
Data processed: Uploaded photo or document being analysed
Google (Gemini models)
Performs the object, receipt and declarations-page analysis.
Data processed: Uploaded photo or document being analysed
Site measurement
Google Search Console
Reports how the public marketing pages appear in search results.
Data processed: Aggregated search queries and page URLs — no account data
Changes to this list
When we add or replace a subprocessor that handles customer data, we update this page before the change takes effect and revise the “last updated” date above. Customers on annual or partner agreements can ask to be notified by email of changes.
